Heloisa Calderaro Pereira

Heloisa Calderaro Pereira serves as General Counsel for South America at Imerys since August 2012, overseeing legal activities related to kaolin products across Brazil and the region. Heloisa has previously held roles including Legal Manager and Legal Coordinator at Imerys, where comprehensive legal oversight involved managing budgets, risk assessments, and training initiatives. Early in their career, Heloisa worked at CEVA Logistics and Valeo Sistemas Automotivos Ltda., gaining experience in contract analysis and litigation support. Heloisa holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from FGV and a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
