Ken Rasmussen has extensive experience in operations management within the mineral filtration industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for Imerys since 2003, Ken oversees operations for DE and Perlite across 14 facilities in the US and Mexico. During a special assignment from 2015 to 2017, Ken managed the construction of a $20 million facility in Vermont. Prior to Imerys, Ken worked at World Minerals as the North America Manager of Engineering from 1998 to 2003, and at Specialty Minerals Inc. as a Plant Engineer and Maintenance Manager from 1988 to 1996. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
