Marion Staine

Marion Staine has extensive experience in the mineral processing industry, holding various roles at Imerys since January 2014, including Deputy Site Manager, Industry 4.0 Project Manager, and Quality & Process Manager. In these positions, Marion has managed teams focused on process and quality improvements, contributing to enhanced customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across 37 plants in North America. Previous roles include Performance and Process Engineer, where Marion implemented Continuous Improvement Programs using Lean methodologies, and numerous internships focusing on mineral processing and geology. Marion holds a Master's degree in Geosciences from Université de Lorraine and an engineering degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Géologie.
