Philippe F Belanger, CPA, currently serves as the Site and Operation Manager at Imerys, overseeing staff management, safety, production, maintenance, quality, and stakeholder relations for two mineral processing sites since October 2016. Belanger has led continuous improvement initiatives across North American sites, focusing on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma projects, and cash optimization programs. Previously, Philippe held positions as Plant Superintendent and Internal Auditor at Imerys, where responsibilities included production planning, maintenance oversight, and conducting global internal audits. Before joining Imerys, Philippe worked as an Assistant Manager at KPMG Singapore and as a Senior Associate at KPMG Canada, executing various audit projects across multiple industries and coaching associates. Philippe's academic credentials include a Graduate Diploma and a Bachelor's degree in Public Accountancy from HEC Montréal and a DEC from Cégep de Saint-Félicien.
