Hai-Mien Nguyen

Hai-Mien Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Hai-Mien has worked as a Teleimaging Project Manager at iMethods since 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at Nemours, including Manager of Enterprise Teleimaging, Imaging Informatics Analyst, and Clinical Application Analyst. During their time at Nemours, they provided process improvement and support for multiple clinical applications, oversaw a large team, and coordinated internal resources and vendors for application implementation. Before joining Nemours, they worked as a Project Manager at Integrated Physician Systems, where they managed client implementations and provided healthcare workflow analysis and consultation. Hai-Mien also worked as a Manager of Implementation and Training at MedcomSoft, managing client implementation, training, and support. Hai-Mien managed a team of clinical implementation specialists and consulted with physicians and practice managers on EHR system requirements. Additionally, Hai-Mien worked as an Implementation Specialist at CGS, providing training and support for the Department of Defense's patient record system. Hai-Mien also served as a Regional Technology Training Specialist at Metafore, where they implemented and trained employees on financial applications and contact management databases. Hai-Mien Nguyen completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal. This education was pursued from 1995 to 1998.
