Santiago Gonzalez

Santiago Gonzalez is a Project Manager with extensive experience in the automotive and industrial sectors, currently employed at IMG-NA since May 2025, where Santiago has successfully integrated two automated bumper assembly lines for a Tier-1 supplier in Mexico. Prior to this role, Santiago managed a multi-functional team at Comau from September 2022 to August 2025, overseeing the design and execution of a $12M robotic battery tray assembly line across Brazil, Mexico, and the US. Santiago has a strong background in project management, having coordinated global teams at Macauto Industrial Co., Ltd. to meet quality and financial objectives from February 2018 to December 2022. Earlier experiences as a Project Engineer at HIROTEC TOOLING DE MEXICO and Flow Specialists have contributed to a solid foundation in design, technical reviews, and automated systems. Santiago holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from St. Ambrose University.
