Abhijit Rao

Abhijit Rao has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Abhijit started their career as an Article Associate and Audit Associate at RCE & Co. in 1999. Abhijit then moved on to GE Thermometrics India in 2003, where they worked as a Finance Controller. In 2009, they joined EMC as a Finance Manager and later transitioned to IMI Severe Service as a Senior Financial Analyst. In 2011, Abhijit joined Amonix, Inc. as the Corporate Controller and later took on the role of Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis. Currently, Abhijit is associated with IMI CCI, starting as a Sr Finance Manager in 2014 and progressing to roles including Finance Director & Interim Controller, Finance Director & Controller, and currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer, Americas since September 2018.

Abhijit Rao obtained a Chartered Accountancy degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2003. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from MES College Bangalore between 1998 and 2001. Abhijit's education began in 1989 at Lions School, although the specific degree or field of study is unknown.
