Liz Rose

Liz Rose is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at IMI since November 2020. Prior to this role, Liz held the position of Divisional HR Director at IMI Critical Engineering from January 2020 to November 2020, and served as Head of Group Reward at IMI from November 2011 to January 2020. Liz's HR career includes managerial roles at Tata Steel Tubes and Trelleborg Automotive, as well as earlier positions at Trelleborg Industrial AVS. Academic credentials include an MSc in International Human Resource Management from Cranfield School of Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from De Montfort University, and a BA (Hons) in Human Geography from Swansea University.
