Charlène Frutier

Charlene Slapak Lambros, RN, MS, has extensive experience in nursing informatics and clinical documentation. Currently serving as the KP HealthConnect Inpatient Application Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente Information Technology since April 2003, Charlene is a clinical documentation expert and leads care planning and patient bedside education initiatives. Prior roles include Nursing Systems Analyst at John Muir Medical Center, where Charlene implemented the A4 Healthmatics ED application in a level one trauma center, and Senior Business Consultant at Kaiser Permanente IT, focusing on modeling clinical concepts for Convergent Medical Terminology. Additionally, Charlene began their career as a staff nurse in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
