Luise Lowndes

Luise Lowndes is currently the Head of Senior School at Immanuel College. Prior to this, they served as the Secondary Principal at GEMS World Academy in Dubai from August 2020 to December 2020. From August 2017 to August 2020, they were the Deputy Head of Secondary at British School Jakarta. Lowndes has also been with Presbyterian Ladies' College in Perth, where they served as the IB Diploma Programme Coordinator from January 2008 to March 2017. Luise has also held positions as the Head of English Department at English Schools Foundation and as a Teacher of English at Sha Tin College.

Luise Lowndes has a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Victoria College, a Master of Arts in Applied Educational Leadership and Management from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, and a Certificate in Advanced Education Leadership (CAEL) from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Additionally, they have certification from the International Baccalaureate in MYP Category 2 Training for Heads of School, Theory of Knowledge Category 2 Workshop, IB Coordinator Category 2 Workshop, and IB Literature Teacher Category 2 Workshop.
