Nagham Sourany

Nagham is a global surge human resources and administrative officer. She is responsible for supporting all HR related process for iMMAP´s global surge tools, including the Standby Partnership Program. She is also responsible for selecting and accepting suitable profiles for the iMMAP surge roster in accordance with the established internal policies and procedures.

Prior to joining iMMAP, Nagham worked with Saint Joseph University of Beirut as an analysis lead of ethics for three years and a laboratory assistant for 10 years. Prior to that, Nagham was a communication officer for the CEPU education group for a year.

Nagham holds a Bachelor and a Master´s Degree in Medical Analysis Laboratory Science from Saint Joseph University in Lebanon. She is fluent in French, Arabic and English.
