Khalel Iman

Khalel Iman, MD, PhD, currently serves as Associate Director of Clinical Development at Immatics, overseeing medical monitoring for clinical trials and acting as the primary contact for Principal Investigators. Iman previously held roles as Clinical Research Associate II at PPD and Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Senior Research Coordinator at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where experience included managing extensive clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. With a background in surgical oncology, Iman has significantly contributed to cancer research and treatment innovation, including launching therapies for advanced melanoma during a consultancy with Novartis. Educational qualifications include an MD and PhD in Oncology from Astana Medical University, alongside a Clinical Fellowship in Surgical Oncology from Sheba Medical Center and a Certificate in Clinical Research from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
