Jo Brandl

Joe Brandl has a diverse range of work experience in the HR field. Their most recent position was as the Chief People Officer at Immediate Media Co., where they were responsible for the overall people strategy, organisational and cultural development. They also played a key role in integrating five acquisitions and building a product and technology team. Prior to that, they held the role of HR Director at Magicalia Ltd, where they managed HR operations for three years. They also served as the European HR Director at VNU Business Media for three years, overseeing HR strategy and transformation initiatives for 3,000 employees across Europe. Before that, they were the HR Director at VNU Business Publications for over a decade, where they developed and executed people strategies.

Jo Brandl completed a General Management Programme at Hult Ashridge in 2001. From 1994 to 1996, they pursued an MSc in Management, Human Resources at London South Bank University. In 1990 to 1991, Jo Brandl obtained their Law Society Finals qualification at BPP Law School. They completed their undergraduate degree in Law LLB Hons from the University of Leeds from 1986 to 1989.
