Nick K. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Nick started working as a Resident Athlete at USA Archery in 2009, where they trained under supervision to maintain a top national ranking and earned a position on the US Archery Team. During their time with USA Archery, they played a role in forging the organization's long-term strategic vision and was involved in creating the collegiate division and approving the US Olympic Team Selection Procedures for archery.

In 2013, Nick joined the University of California, San Diego as the Head Coach for Archery. Nick coached archers of different skill levels and developed a coaching staff to support the team's growth. Nick also communicated with university and team leadership to set and execute long-range strategic goals.

From 2015 to 2018, Nick worked at the Easton Sports Development Foundation as an Event Coordinator. Nick organized and directed events with attendance ranging from regional to international, managed event budgets, and supervised event staff.

In 2018, Nick joined the Encinitas 101 MainStreet Association as an Event Coordinator. Nick served as the lead coordinator for regional events with a combined annual attendance of over 150,000. Additionally, Nick sourced and communicated with potential sponsorship leads and partners, and managed the event workforce and volunteer team.

In 2019, Nick worked at Watkins Wellness as a Marketing Coordinator. Nick acted as a point of contact for dealers regarding marketing questions, created social media content, and ensured the accuracy of dealer information in sales and marketing software.

From 2020 to 2021, Nick worked at the Bank of Southern California as a Marketing Officer. Nick managed and expanded the bank's social media presence, developed multi-video series to promote the bank's brand, and analyzed digital ad performance.

Most recently, in 2022, Nick joined Immerse Agency as a Marketing Manager.

Nick K. has a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which they completed in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from James Madison University, which they completed between 2005 and 2009. In addition to their degrees, Nick also holds additional certifications. In November 2018, they obtained a LEAD Certification from the California Alcoholic Beverage institution. In July 2015, they obtained a USA Archery level 4 coach certification from USA Archery.
