Alex Fletcher

Alex Fletcher has a diverse work experience in the field of UX design and production. They have been working at Immerse since 2017, initially as a Senior VR Producer and UX Designer, and currently as a Senior UX Designer specializing in XR Products. In this role, they contribute to the development of a cloud-based VR platform used by Unity developers for creating multiplayer VR training applications.

Prior to their time at Immerse, Alex worked as a Lead VR Producer at Masters of Pie Limited from September 2016 to May 2017. Here, they played a lead role in producing VR healthcare training tools for NHS hospitals and a VR experience for doctors to explore information about a new cancer drug.

In April 2016, Alex worked as a Creative Producer at Hopster, where they produced a new children's story feature for the Hopster app.

Before that, Alex worked as a Freelance Digital Producer at Wellcom London from October 2015 to April 2016, where they completed a flagship advertising campaign for Tesco utilizing advanced services from Google.

Alex's work experience also includes a role as a Producer at Preloaded from September 2014 to June 2015. They managed and produced educational games for the Amplify account, aimed at improving children's understanding of literature and math.

In addition, Alex worked freelance roles in various companies, including Hometown London, VCCP, Lund University, BBH London - Addictive Pixel, and LBi, where they worked as a Senior Producer, Senior Digital Producer, Digital Consultant, and Project Manager, respectively.

Alex Fletcher attended Anglia Ruskin University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a 2.1 (Hons) degree in Audio Music Technology. Additionally, in September 2014, Alex obtained a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance.
