Tracey Liebenberg

Tracey Liebenberg has over 30 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. In 1987, they began their career as an Assistant General Manager and Front Office Manager at the Holiday Inn Harrismith in Free State, South Africa. Tracey then moved to the Riviera International Hotel in Transvaal, South Africa as a Front Office Manager and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in 1988. In 1989, they were an Internal Auditor at the Maharani Hotel in Durban, South Africa. In 1991, they became a Front Office Systems Analyst and Trainer at the Southern Suns Regional Office in Durban, South Africa. In 1992, they were a Systems Support Analyst at the Southern Suns Information Systems Department in Cape Town, South Africa. In 1994, they were an Information Systems Manager and Front Office Manager at the Jalousie Plantation Resort & Spa in St. Lucia, Caribbean. In 1996, they were a Director of Client Relations, Project Manager, and Service Coordinator at Hotel Information Systems in Lake Forest, California. In 2006, they became a Project Manager and Manager of Training Services at SoftBrands in Lake Forest, California. In 2009, they were a Project Manager for hospitality software implementation projects at SoftBrands, an Infor Affiliate in Lake Forest, California. Since 2015, they have been a Senior Project Manager for a multi-year contract with CNIC (Commander Naval Installations Command) at Immersion Hospitality in Memphis, Tennessee.

Tracey Liebenberg's education history includes obtaining a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2010, a Hotel Management degree from Holiday Inns, South Africa in 1985 to 1988, a Hotel Management degree from Hotel School, Witwatersrand in 1985 to 1987, a Matric with Exemption from Pietermaritzburg Girls High in 1979 to 1983, and a Matriculation with distinction from Girl's High School PMB in 1978 to 1983. Additionally, Tracey has obtained certifications from Purdue University Global, DSS, DSS Consulting, DoD, and DoD in 2020, 2014, 2014, 2013, and 2017, respectively.
