Sakher BELOUADAH

Sakher BELOUADAH began their work experience in 2013 as a Data Science / Data Engineering Intern at Laboratoire des Systèmes Informatiques U.S.T.H.B. Sakher then moved on to a Data Science Internship at Le Centre de Développement des Technologies Avancées (CDTA) in 2014. In 2015, Sakher completed another Data Science Internship at Laboratoire de Recherche en Intelligence Artificielle - LRIA.

Starting in 2016, Sakher worked at Smarter Time as a Data Scientist / Data Engineer, where they focused on developing a context-aware system for recognizing daily activities using smartphone sensors. During this time, they also published their work at a conference.

In 2018, Sakher joined INVENTIV IT as a Data Scientist / Data Engineer, where they worked until 2019.

Most recently, Sakher served as the Head of Data Science at Immersiv.io, starting in December 2019. In this position, they worked on implementing cutting-edge Machine Learning and Computer Vision technology for Augmented Reality applications, managing machine learning projects from end-to-end.

Sakher Belouadah holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Université des Sciences et de la Technologie 'Houari Boumediène', which they obtained in 2013. Sakher then pursued a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence at the same university from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they enrolled in a Master's program in Big Data and Machine Learning at École Polytechnique, and simultaneously pursued another Master's degree in Machine Learning, Information, and Content at Université Paris-Saclay. Sakher completed these programs in 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Sakher has obtained several certifications to supplement their knowledge and skills. This includes certifications from Google, such as "Essential Google Cloud Infrastructure: Core Services" in 2021, "Essential Google Cloud Infrastructure: Foundation" in 2021, and "Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure" in 2021. Sakher also holds an "EF SET English Certificate (C2 Proficient) (9 IELTS)" from EF Education First, which they obtained in 2019.
