Ben Hopkins is a skilled Cyber Threat Intelligence Researcher currently working at Immersive since April 2022, where responsibilities include engaging with the cyber community and delivering actionable intelligence insights. Previously, Ben held the position of Associate Cyber Threat Intelligence Researcher, focusing on building internal Threat Intelligence Platforms and conducting malware reverse-engineering. With a background in governance, risk, and compliance as a Junior GRC Analyst, experience in cybercrime investigations and malware analysis at a Confidential organization, and extensive policing experience tackling organized crime with North Wales Police, Ben possesses a solid foundation in cybersecurity and law enforcement. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Cyber Security from Wrexham University and a BA (HONS) in Policing from Edge Hill University.
