James C. Bach

Jim Bach has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. James C. (Jim) began their career as a Student at Marquette University, where they studied Electrical Engineering with a focus on Computers. After graduating, they joined the US Naval Avionics Center as an Electronics Engineer, designing interface electronics for flight simulators and developing simulation software.

Jim then moved on to Delco Electronics, where they held multiple roles, including Powertrain Systems Engineer and Powertrain Advanced Strategy Engineer. In these positions, they developed specifications for custom ICs and performed simulations for future Powertrain control systems.

At Delphi Delco Electronics, Jim worked as an EE Analysis & Simulation Engineer, developing simulation models and tools for Powertrain control module interfaces. James C. (Jim) also worked on custom Saber simulation device models.
