Rana R. Sayre Sphr

Rana R. Sayre SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources. Rana R. started their career at Metro Plastics Technology, where they served as the Human Resources Manager from 1990 to 1992. Rana R. then joined Venture Stores as an Area Manager for Human Resources, responsible for managing HR functions at their location and assisting sister stores in Indianapolis from 1992 to 1993.

In 1993, Rana joined Butler-MacDonald, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources & Safety. Rana R. held various roles during their employment, including Human Resources & Safety Manager from 1996 to 2004 and Human Resources Manager/Safety Coordinator from 1993 to 1996. Rana R. was responsible for overseeing HR and safety functions and played a key role in initiating an employee-engaged workplace.

In 2016, Rana joined IMMI as the Director of Human Resources for IMMI North America. Rana R. was proud to contribute to an organization dedicated to growth and improvement. In this role, they were responsible for HR functions at the headquarters in Westfield and oversaw locations in Illinois, Texas, North Carolina, and Oklahoma.

Rana R. Sayre SPHR, SHRM-SCP obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs, specializing in Personnel and Labor Relations, from Indiana University Bloomington between 1982 and 1986. In addition, they hold additional certifications as an SHRM-SCP and SPHR, which were obtained in 2015 and 2005 respectively.
