Scott Caudill

Scott Caudill has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the automotive industry. From 1998 to 2015, they worked at TK Holdings, where they held positions such as Executive Vice President of Global Seat Belt Manufacturing Operations and Executive Vice President of North American Manufacturing Operations. During their time at TK Holdings, Caudill successfully managed global operations, oversaw the establishment of a world-class technical center, and implemented operational improvements. In 2016, they became the COO of TK Holdings North America, where they maintained full profit and loss responsibility for the region. In 2018, they became the President and COO of Joyson Safety Systems, overseeing the integration of TK Holdings and Key Safety Systems to create the company. Scott then served as President and COO of Insight Performance Solutions, where they provided operational, organizational, and strategic insights to executives and managers. Currently, Caudill is the Chief Operating Officer at IMMI.

Scott Caudill has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
