Shirish Vatkar

Shirish Vatkar has a strong background in engineering and leadership roles. Shirish started their career at Interroll as a Technical Manager from 2004 to 2008. Shirish then joined Regal Beloit Corporation as an Engineering Manager in 2009 and worked in that role until 2018. At Regal Beloit Corporation, they gained experience in managing engineering teams. In 2018, Shirish joined IMMI as a Manager R&D, where they played a crucial role in establishing an Innovation portfolio and engaging with customers to drive growth. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of Director of Engineering at IMMI, where they led the Research and Development department and focused on commercializing new products with the NPD team.

Shirish Vatkar obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wichita State University between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Government College of Engineering and Research in Pune from 1994 to 1998.
