Samuel Kwak

Samuel Kwak has extensive experience in the food science and research sectors, currently serving as the Director of R&D at immi since January 2022. Previously, Samuel held positions including Senior R&D Manager and Food Scientist IV at immi, Innovation Scientist at AFB International, and various roles at Soylent, including Food Scientist and Associate Food Scientist. Samuel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Riverside, and multiple certificates in Applied Statistics and Applied Sensory and Consumer Science from Penn State University and the University of California, Davis, respectively.
