Victoria Shigalova

Victoria Shigalova has an extensive work experience in the fields of talent management, business development, communications, branding, public relations, and digital marketing. Victoria began their career in 2017 as a Digital Marketing Manager at Artwin Gallery. In 2018, they moved to HABITER2030 as Development And Public Relations Manager. In 2020, they took on the role of Brand Development Manager at Indigo Branding Agency and Communications and Brand Development Director at Stronger & Stronger. In 2021, they became Co-Founder of Be Well Group. Currently, they are a Talent Manager at Immigram and Business Development Manager at Polixis.

Victoria Shigalova completed a Foundation degree in Business and Management from Lancaster University in 2013-2014. Victoria then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from the same university in 2014-2017. Finally, they earned a Master of Science in Creative Business & Social Inovation from EDHEC Business School in 2018-2019.
