Nathaniel Belachew

Nathaniel Belachew has diverse work experience ranging from legal positions to internships and cashier roles. Nathaniel is currently employed as a Legal Assistant at the Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization. Previously, they served as a Student at Willamette University College of Law from August 2018 to May 2021. Nathaniel also held the position of Director of Programming at the Western Region, National Black Law Students Association from April 2020 to April 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Law Clerk at the Northwest Workers' Justice Project from May to August 2020 and at Hotze Runkle from May to August 2019. Nathaniel started their legal career as a Legal Intern at Hotze Runkle from January 2017 to July 2018. Prior to that, they worked as an Intern at The League of Women Voters of Texas from January to April 2017, where they managed social media accounts and tracked legislative bills. Nathaniel's earliest work experience was as a Cashier at Which Wich Superior Sandwiches from March to September 2016.

Nathaniel Belachew pursued their education at Willamette University College of Law from 2018 to 2021, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree. Prior to that, they attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology.
