Juliana Pelinsom Marques has extensive experience in immigrant support and community services, currently serving as Interim Manager of Innovation and Strategic Partnerships at the Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia since February 2020. Previously, Juliana held multiple roles, including Supervisor of Settlement Online Pre-Arrival and Team Lead for Specialized Settlement Services, where responsibilities included designing psychoeducational sessions and providing orientation to newcomers. Prior experience includes employment counseling at ACCES Employment and serving as Settlement Advisor at International Women of Saskatoon, supporting over 140 clients annually with their settlement and career goals. Juliana also coordinated cultural activities in Brazil and supervised educational projects, demonstrating a commitment to community engagement and development. Juliana holds a Master's degree in Education from UFSCar, where studies were completed between 2007 and 2009.
