Marcela Cameron

Marcela Cameron is a seasoned professional with diverse experience spanning various roles and sectors. Currently serving as a Coordinator at the Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia since July 2022, Marcela also contributes as a Writer for The Shoe Project and operates Prodigy Sports Inc. as the Owner, specializing in team sales and sports equipment. Previous positions include Program Manager at both Chebucto Connections and Pathways to Education Canada, Certified Health & Life Coach at Green Lemon Wellness, and Health Coach at the Health Coach Institute. Early in their career, Marcela was involved in the Art Hive Project as Project Coordinator for the Inmigrant/Migrant Women's Association of Halifax, designed to aid immigrant newcomers through art. Marcela's background as a Corporate Lawyer at Banco de Maracaibo complements an academic foundation including a Master of Laws from Universidad del Zulia and a Health and Life Coach certification from the Health Coach Institute.
