Ayanna Roberts

Ayanna Roberts is a Member at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada since July 2018. Previously, Ayanna served as a Senior Manager at Service Canada for nearly a decade, overseeing integration, strategy, and transformation within the Citizen Services and Programs office, as well as operational service management for the Montréal/Laval Service Area. Prior experience includes a role as Team Leader for Strategy and Official Languages in the Government of Canada's Quebec Region. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Political Science from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Yale University, complemented by a D.E.C. in Business/Commerce from CEGEP - John Abbott College. Ayanna's educational journey began with a secondary diploma from John Rennie High School.
