Nada Nezam

Nada Nezam is an experienced professional in the field of interpretation and settlement services. Currently serving as a School Settlement Worker at Dixie Bloor Neighbourhood Centre since December 2020, Nada has also been working as a Legal Interpreter for the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada since 2016, providing court interpretation services. Additionally, Nada has held roles as a Medical Interpreter at Access Alliance Multicultural Health and Community Services since March 2015, and as a Freelance Arabic Interpreter for MCIS Language Solutions, assisting Syrian refugees at Pearson International Airport. Other positions include Community Interpreter at COSTI and a previous internship as a SEPT Settlement Worker at North York Community House. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in Social Work from Seneca Polytechnic, an MBA from the Higher Institute of Business Administration, and a Bachelor's degree in Translation from Damascus University.
