Yasmin Sol Ferrando McDonald

Yasmin Sol Ferrando McDonald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and social performance, currently serving as the Communities and Social Performance Senior Project Advisor at Rio Tinto since February 2025. In addition to this role, McDonald has been a Court Interpreter at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada since January 2019 and a Flight Attendant at Air Canada since March 2016.
