Legal Team

The Legal Team at the Immigration Center for Women and Children (ICWC) is responsible for providing comprehensive immigration legal services, including representation and advocacy, to underrepresented immigrants in California and Nevada. They assist clients who are victims of abuse, neglect, and violent crimes, aiming to secure legal protections and stability. The team comprises legal assistants, law graduates, staff attorneys, supervising attorneys, and a directing attorney, who collaboratively work to navigate the complexities of immigration law and ensure their clients' rights are upheld.
