Claire Weintraub

Claire Weintraub is a Staff Attorney at the Immigration Center for Women and Children. Claire graduated with a JD and Certificate in Public Interest & Social Justice from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law. Claire has a strong background in immigrant rights, having interned at organizations such as the ACLU, Legal Aid at Work, and the East Bay Community Law Center. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Claire worked as an Immigration Paralegal and Legal Assistant. Claire's commitment to social justice and advocacy for immigrant communities is evident through their extensive work experience and educational background in law.
