Jerry Carleton

Jerry Carleton is a seasoned attorney and principal at Immix Law since April 2011, specializing in various aspects of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, business practices, corporate governance, and international transactions. Prior to this role, Jerry served as General Counsel at Billups from 2016 to June 2022 and practiced law at Bullivant Houser Bailey from 2007 to April 2011. Jerry's early career included serving as President of Keen Mobility from 2000 to 2007.
