Astrid de Lathauwer

Astrid De Lathauwer is an experienced HR professional serving as Group HR Director at Ontex since October 2014. Additionally, Astrid holds roles as an Independent Board Member at IMMOBEL and Colruyt, both since September 2015 and 2011 respectively. Prior to Ontex, Astrid was the Algemeen Directeur at Acerta from January 2012 to September 2014 and Chief Human Resources Officer at Belgacom from 2000 to September 2011. Earlier in Astrid's career, roles included International HR Director at AT&T from 1990 to 1997 and HR Representative for Eastern Europe at Monsanto from 1988 to 1990.
