Asset Management

The Asset Management team at Allianz Immovalor is responsible for the strategic oversight and management of the company's real estate investment portfolios, including office, residential, and fiscal properties. They ensure optimal performance and value appreciation of assets, conduct market analysis, and develop investment strategies to meet the financial goals of more than 30,000 shareholders. Additionally, they oversee regulatory compliance and manage both day-to-day operations and long-term planning for various real estate funds such as SCPI and OPPCI.
