Scott Liu

Scott (Qingde) Liu is a Senior Scientist at Immucor, Inc. since May 2013, specializing in the development of diagnostic reagents and kits for blood typing and transfusions. Significant contributions include breakthroughs in understanding red blood cell adhesion mechanisms and improvements in assay specificity. Previous roles include Senior Scientist positions at BioMedomics, focusing on multiplexed point-of-care diagnostic assays, and at Insmed, where research involved the safety and efficacy of liposomal formulations of amikacin and siRNA.
