Mr. Kevin J. Phelps, CPA, is General Partner at Trillium Group LLC and Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer & Director at OyaGen, Inc. He is on the Board of Directors at Connected Energy Corp., Spectracom Corp., Accudyne, Inc., Niagara University, OyaGen, Inc., Cloverwood Development, and Clear Momentum, Inc.
Prior to joining Trillium, Mr. Phelps founded two private wealth companies and was a consultant to a global investment bank. He served as the CFO of Genencor International, an international biotechnology company that he helped spin out of Eastman Kodak Company. He began his career with Price Waterhouse where he remained through the level of a senior manager. He is a member of the Financial Executives Institute and serves on the boards of directors of Spectracom Corporation, E-chx Inc, Lumetrics, Inc., Auction Direct USA, and Accu-Dyne, Inc.
Mr. Phelps earned his B.S degree from the University of Notre Dame and is a certified public accountant.
