Cecilia Hållner

Cecilia Hållner has over twenty years of experience in Human Resources. Cecilia began their career as Salary and Human Resources Administrator at Radi Medical Systems AB in 1998. In 2009, they were promoted to Director of Human Resources at St. Jude Medical Systems AB, where they were responsible for personnel and budget management of five employees and the development of Managers and Training for 220 employees. In 2012, they were promoted to Director of Human Resources and Facility at St. Jude Medical Systems AB, and in 2013 they took on the role of Manager of Human Resources Nordics and Director of Human Resources at St. Jude Medical. In 2015, they were HR Manager at Nasdaq, supporting the Global Technology Services group in Sweden. In 2016, they became Business HR Manager at Abbott, coaching Managers within the Nordic region. In 2017, they were appointed Global HR Director at Biotage AB, Sweden, with responsibility for Human Resources with HQ in Uppsala and manufacturing in Cardiff, UK, regional offices in US, Japan, China, Korea and India. In 2020, they founded People Value AB, where they serve as Founder & CEO. Cecilia is a HR Consultant with experience in performance management, coaching of managers, change management, labor laws, employee relations, M & A/Integration, global organizations, HR processes & policies, talent acquisition, and HR consultant at Life Science companies such as Johnson & Johnson, AbbVie, Immuneed, Resitu Medical, ScandiFlash, and TdB Labs. In 2023, they were appointed Human Resources Director at Immuneed.

Cecilia Hållner obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Uppsala University between 2002 and 2008. In 2012, they received the Margerison-McCann Team Management Profile certification from Kontura International. In 2021, they obtained the Rätt fokus i styrelsearbete certification from StyrelseAkademien.
