Aja Harbert

Aja Harbert is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Immuneering Corporation since June 2022, Aja has previously held the position of Human Resources Director at B Capital Group, where expertise was applied in supporting growth-stage firms in their development. Aja also worked as Director of Human Resources at Bridgewest Group, delivering HR services to a range of companies in real estate, technology, and bio-sciences. Earlier experience includes a role as Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Finance & Accounting, and a series of positions at ResCare Workforce Services, where Aja developed job openings, supported employment programs, and provided case management.
