Elliot Parfitt

Elliot Parfitt has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to the present. In 2008, they worked as an Acoustic Engineer at Hilson Moran. In 2009, they worked as a Policy and Research Consultant in the Public Sector at Badenoch & Clark. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at Harrington Starr in various roles, including Vice President of Change & Transformation, AVP of Trading Systems & Commodities IT, Managing Consultant of Trading Systems & Commodities IT, and Recruitment Consultant of Financial Services IT Specialist. Since 2019, they have been the Head of London Recruitment at Allvue Systems, recruiting junior, mid & senior level candidates across all disciplines. Elliot is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Immunefi.
