Barclay Phillips

Barclay (Buck) Phillips is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology and life sciences sectors. As the Lead Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair at Immunic Therapeutics since November 2019, Phillips oversees strategic direction for a company focused on developing therapies for chronic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. Founder of Domantle Consulting LLC, Phillips advises public and private life sciences companies on corporate strategy and financial matters. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Ribometrix, Chief Financial Officer at G1 Therapeutics, and Senior Vice President at Novavax and Micromet. Phillips also held executive positions in venture capital at Vector Fund Management and INVESCO, where there was a strong focus on healthcare investments. Phillips earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
