Lynette Herscha

Lynette Herscha is Chief Operating Officer at Immunitas. A seasoned biopharma executive with more than 25 years of experience in leadership roles across the life sciences and technology spheres, Lynette brings her expertise for developing and implementing operational and legal strategies to enable company growth and success. Prior to joining Immunitas, Lynette served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Senda Biosciences, where she managed the company’s legal team and provided strategic advice to the executive leadership team. Lynette has held additional leadership roles at multiple biopharma companies, including Solid Biosciences, Concert Pharmaceuticals and Momenta Pharmaceuticals. She holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. in English from Boston University.
