Cheryl Cohen

Cheryl Cohen is president of CLC Consulting, a pharmaceutical and biotechnology consulting firm specializing in new product start-ups and commercialization, which she founded in 2008. Ms. Cohen most recently served as chief commercial officer of Medivation, Inc., a publicly-traded bio-pharmaceutical company. She has also held several leadership positions with Johnson & Johnson. Ms. Cohen has served on the boards of Novus Therapeutics (previously Tokai Pharmaceuticals), Cytrx Corporation, and Vital Therapies. In addition to the ImmunityBio Board (formerly NantKwest), which Ms. Cohen joined in June 2019, she currently serves on the boards of MEI Pharma, Aerpio Pharmaceuticals, and Ignyte Acquition Corp. Ms. Cohen began her career at Solvay Pharmaceuticals in a variety of sales positions and received her B.A. from Saint Joseph College.
