Jyoti Koushik

Jyoti Koushik serves as the Director of Human Resources at Adaptive Phage Therapeutics since September 2021, bringing extensive experience from Emergent BioSolutions where roles included Senior Human Resources Business Partner (2015-2021) and Senior Recruiter/Trainer (2007-2014). In previous positions, Jyoti demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution. Prior to working in human resources, Jyoti worked as a Recruiting Consultant for Millennium Technical Resource and Randstad Work Solutions, specializing in staffing solutions for biotech companies. Jyoti began a career in business management and research coordination at the Medical College of Georgia, where responsibilities included financial forecasting and user assessments. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Augusta State University and a Master's Degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the Medical University of Ohio at Toledo.
