David W. Anderson

David W. Anderson has a diverse work experience in the field of drug discovery and development. David W. has served as the Chief Scientific Officer and a member of the Scientific Advisory Board at Immunophotonics, Inc. since July 2016. David W. has also been a Scientific Advisor/Board Member at CryoCrate, LLC since February 2017. Previously, Anderson was the Chief Scientific Officer at Ivogen, where they developed antimicrobial and antivirulence agents to combat multidrug-resistant "superbugs". David W. has also been a part of the Scientific Advisory Board at Visionary Pharmaceuticals since January 2010.

Anderson has extensive expertise in drug discovery and development as the Principal of Anderson Phoenix Consulting since April 2010. Their responsibilities include program management, preclinical development, manufacturing of drug substances, clinical development, regulatory affairs, and personalized medicine. David W. has served as the CSO and a Scientific Board Member at Capella Therapeutics since January 2014. David W. Anderson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at Graceland University from 1971 to 1974. David W. then pursued further education at the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Medicine, where they obtained their PhD in Immunology/Microbiology between 1974 and 1978. Afterward, they attended the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus from 1978 to 1981 as a Postdoctoral Fellow, specializing in Cellular and Molecular Immunology.
