Keith Martin, MBA, PMP, CSM, DASSM

Keith Martin, MBA, PMP, CSM, DASSM has extensive work experience in the biopharma industry and the US Army. Keith currently serves as the Director of Operations at ImmunoTek Bio Centers, LLC, a 40+ location FDA/cGMP compliant source plasma collection network. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring profitability and overall growth of the organization, with a strong focus on process improvement and value creation.

Prior to their current position, Keith worked as an Associate Director of Operations and Quality at CSL Plasma and held various roles at Grifols. At Grifols, they served as a Manager of Process & Technology, where they led diverse and complex projects, including new center openings, facility decommissioning, and IT systems implementation. Keith also held the position of Regional Operations Manager, overseeing a regional team and achieving significant growth in customer base and revenue.

Before entering the biopharma industry, Keith served in the US Army as a Non-Commissioned Officer-Infantry.

Keith Martin, MBA, PMP, CSM, DASSM, has a diverse education history that spans several years. Keith began their undergraduate education in 2004 at Bluefield University, where they pursued a degree in Management-Leadership. Keith completed their bachelor's degree in 2006.

Keith went on to pursue further education and enrolled in a graduate program at Liberty University in 2007. Keith specialized in MBA-Leadership and spent three years studying at the institution. Keith successfully obtained their graduate degree in 2010.

In 2012, Keith attended Villanova University for a short duration to earn a certificate in Six Sigma Green Belt. This certification further expanded their expertise in process improvement and quality management.

Additionally, Keith has obtained multiple certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In 2020, they became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) through the Project Management Institute. Keith also received the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) credential from the Scrum Alliance, indicating their proficiency in agile project management methodologies.

Keith's commitment to continuous growth and development in the field of project management is demonstrated by their recent certifications. In 2022, they obtained the Wicked Problem Solving Practitioner certification and the Organizational Transformation: Foundation certification, both from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, Keith obtained the Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) certification in the same year, showcasing their advanced knowledge and skills in scaling agile practices within organizations.
