Tom Forman

Tom Forman currently serves as Vice President of CMC Project Management at Immunovant since February 2024. Prior to this role, Tom Forman had a distinguished 34-year career at Eli Lilly and Company, culminating in retirement in February 2024. Notable positions included Associate Vice President of Program Management, where Tom Forman led early phase development in obesity, diabetes, and diabetic complications, and Program Team Leader, overseeing early phase initiatives in oncology, diabetes, and obesity.
