Robert Irwin

Robert Irwin serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Immutable since April 2024 and is a Founding Member of TechGC since September 2017, contributing to the premier community for legal executives. Irwin previously held key legal roles at Tala, including Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel, where efforts focused on enhancing financial access through mobile technology. Prior to this, Irwin contributed as Associate General Counsel at OnDeck, a company that revolutionized small business lending. Educational credentials include an LL.M. in International Tax from the University of Miami School of Law, a J.D. from New York Law School, and a B.A. in English Literature from Lewis & Clark College.
