Viju Gangadharan

Viju Gangadharan has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Viju is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at iMocha, a leading skills assessment solution API platform. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at _G10X, an IT product and solution startup organization. During their time at _G10X, they played multiple roles, including mentorship for young leaders and promoting a culture of ownership and accountability.

Before joining _G10X, Viju worked at Tieto as the Talent Management, Engagement, and Learning Head for India, where they were responsible for driving employee engagement and learning initiatives. Viju also served as a Human Resources Specialist at Tieto. Prior to Tieto, Viju worked at Amdocs India Ltd. as the Learning Business Partner, at KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd. as the Manager of HR, and at US Technology as the Assistant Manager of HR.

Viju Gangadharan has a diverse education history. In 2014, they attended the Stockholm School of Economics for the IFL Executive Education program in Senior Leadership Development. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 1995-1996. Viju also obtained a Master's in Personnel & HR Management from the same university in 1994-1996. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, which they earned from 1990 to 1993. Viju Gangadharan also has a certification in Strength Deployment Inventory from Personal Strengths Nordic AB.
