Jim Cook

Jim Cook is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the restaurant and real estate sectors. Currently, Jim serves as Principal at Mia Rose Holdings, LLC, and has been the Owner of Sugarfire Smoke House since April 2014. Additionally, Jim is involved in real estate development at The Junction, a 16-acre project in Wentzville, MO, which will include a hotel, a 180-unit multi-family complex, and retail space. Since February 1991, Jim has also been the Owner of Imo's Pizza. Jim holds a degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
